On Tuesday, November 19, we will be upgrading our Document Output services to use TLS 1.2 in the production environments. During this maintenance window, it may not be possible to download the configuration file for email templates. This feature is only used during the initial setup of Document Output and will not affect regular document processing.

Maintenance Details:
• Start Time: 07:00 CET
• Expected Completion: 07:30 CET
